Omie Eat
Capture what you ate, how it felt, and the little rituals around your table — a gentle iOS space for people who want to eat with intention, not chase likes on every plate
Privacy Policy
Omie Eat is built for everyday meals, not public food feeds. This page describes what the app may access on your device, what remains on your phone, and how we handle information tied to this website.

- Open the app, not an account Log breakfast, save a recipe note, or mark a comfort dish without email, username, or social profile.
- Your plate stays private Meal entries, mood tags, and personal food notes are not sold to restaurants, delivery apps, or ad networks.
- Made for nourishment, not targeting We collect only what keeps Omie Eat reliable. The app does not build advertising profiles from your eating history.
Scope of this policy
This document covers the Omie Eat app available through the app store and the supporting pages hosted on this domain. It applies to anyone who installs the app or visits this site.
Data we process
Core features do not require your legal name, email address, phone number, home address, government ID, or payment information.
Dish names, meal times, mood labels, and notes you enter are stored on your device. Your food journal is not uploaded to our servers for targeting or resale.
When the app fetches shared content — onboarding screens, meal prompts, or seasonal tips — it may request public material from this site. Those responses contain only generic guidance; your entries and metadata are never included.
Device permissions
Omie Eat may request notification access so you can receive reminders to log a meal, revisit a saved recipe, or check in after a busy day.
Camera or photo library access is used only if you attach a photo of a dish to your journal entry. Microphone, contacts, and precise location are not used unless a future release clearly requires them and this policy is updated accordingly.
Standard storage and network permissions let the app run and download optional template updates. Crash reports sent through the platform store follow that platform's privacy terms.
Third-party services
Hosting keeps this policy page and public API endpoints online. Providers may retain server logs for security and reliability under their own privacy policies.
If we introduce analytics or support tools later, we will name them here and limit sharing to what each service requires to operate.
Children
Omie Eat is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If a child submitted data in error, reach out through the app store support channel — we will assist with removal where feasible.
Retention and security
Your meal log and food notes remain under your control on your phone. Delete individual entries inside the app or uninstall to clear local data.
We apply reasonable safeguards to hosted pages and server-side components. No system is perfectly secure — treat sensitive personal details with the same care you would a private kitchen diary.
Your choices
You may stop using Omie Eat at any time. Turn off notifications or revoke optional permissions in iOS Settings whenever you prefer a narrower experience.
To request access, correction, or deletion of data we handle directly, use the support contact listed on the app store page.
Policy updates
We may revise this text as Omie Eat evolves or as regulations change. The date above reflects meaningful updates. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated version where permitted by law.
